Energising and revitalising, Maca root is used in phytotherapy as it helps to stimulate vigour and physical and intellectual performance in both men and women.

Maca is a perennial market garden plant, related to radish and watercress. It is cultivated on certain high Andean plateaus in Peru and Bolivia, despite the extreme climatic conditions there.

• 100% VEGETABLE JELLY (cellulose derivative).

Advice for use

From 15 years old.

• Take 2 capsules in one go at mealtime with a large glass of water.
• If necessary, it is possible to take up to 3 capsules per day.
• Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding in the absence of sufficient data.
