Description
Naturally present in the north of the Mediterranean basin, true or officinal lavender has also been cultivated for some years in Bulgaria, Ukraine and even Australia. In France, the four producing departments of the Midi alone account for some 20,000 cultivated hectares.
Advice
Take a maximum of 2 drops of True Lavender essential oil 3 times a day (or 0.19 ml) on a Puressentiel neutral tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 of sugar). Do not use pure True Lavender essential oil without support, or mixed with water.
Equivalence: 1ml -> 31 drops.
