HOW TO TAKE

Supradyn can be taken daily throughout the year. It is recommended to take Supradyn before or after a meal and preferably in the morning with breakfast. Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a large glass of water (250ml) and drink immediately. If you take the tablet, take it with a large amount of water (250ml).

WHEN TO TAKE

As soon as you feel your energy reserves are depleted, Supradyn can provide you with important micronutrients to revitalise your physical and mental energy. This way you can continue to live, think, move and get back in shape. A course of treatment of at least 2 months is recommended for adults and children aged 14 and over.
