Description of Allergodil Spray Nasal Fl 10 Ml
This medicine is an anti-allergic. It is used to treat the symptoms of rhinitis (colds).
Administration
Into each nostril, keeping the head upright.
In adults and children over 6 years of age, the recommended dose is one administration in each nostril, twice a day. Clinical experience has shown that this dosage may also be considered the maximum dose to be administered each day.
Undesirable effects
- Common
A bitter taste after administration. This is due to incorrect application of the product, in particular by tilting the head back too much. Rarely, this bitter taste may lead to nausea. - Rare
The inflamed mucous membrane of the nose may be irritated for a short period of time. You will then experience symptoms such as tickling or sneezing. This does not require treatment to be stopped unless the doctor advises otherwise. - Very rare
allergic reactions have been reported (skin rash, pruritus, urticaria).
Ingredients
The active substance is azelastine.
The other ingredients are: methylhydroxypropylcellulose, sodium edetate, citric acid anhydrous, sodium monohydrogen phosphate 12 H20, sodium chloride, purified water.
