Description
Novalac Diarinova is a dietary food that can be used as a temporary replacement for baby’s usual infant milk in the event of diarrhoea, in most cases for less than a week. Diarinova provides optimal infant nutrition and hydration during and after the episode of diarrhoea.
Novalac Diarinova cannot be given to a child on a long-term basis.
It is reconstituted in the same way as the milk formula usually given to the child.
It is lactose-free.
It should not be used if you are allergic to cow’s milk proteins.
After use, when your baby’s stools have returned to normal, gradually reintroduce his usual infant milk formula.
To ensure that your baby receives optimum infant nutrition, always follow the dietary recommendations of a health professional.
Advice
Stop using your usual infant milk. Use only Diarinova for 5 days to prepare bottles or milk-free and gluten-free cereals. After 5 days, gradually reintroduce the usual infant formula.
To prepare the bottle, use lukewarm mineral water or boiled water. Add the required number of level, loose scoops. Shake immediately until the powder is completely dissolved.

In the event of dehydration, an oral rehydration solution will be appropriate for the first 24 hours. Follow the doctor’s recommendations.
Diarinova does not contain gluten.
Diarinova is lactose-free and has an adjusted mineral content (particularly sodium and potassium).
