- First signs of friction, to prevent blisters
- When a blister already exists, to quickly stop the pain and speed up wound healing
- Stick the plaster on clean and dry skin. Do not stick it to an infected wound.
- To ensure optimal adhesion, the skin around the blister should be free of cream and grease residues.
- Stick the plaster directly onto the blister and carefully smooth the edges.
- Leave the plaster in place until it releases on its own.
