Feet & Legs
We ask a lot from our feet and legs. They must not only support us all day long, but also make us look like a queen. They therefore deserve our full attention. Exfoliate, moisturize, relax and protect, these are the 4 types of care we offer in our product selection. Let us detail their principles and actions to help you find the one or ones you need.
Exfoliate to eliminate dead skin and roughness
Without sebaceous glands to maintain skin hydration unlike the rest of our body, our feet are easily dry. To avoid cracks and other cracks, it is necessary to take the lead with regular maintenance. The first routine to put in place to keep your feet soft is to start by softening the skin by offering you a foot bath. After soaking for about 20 minutes in hot water with emollient products to soften calluses, the dried skin can be erased before being hydrated. It is up to you to apply the exfoliating and exfoliating cream you have chosen with gentle, circular movements.
Nourish, soften, moisturize for comfort and softness
If you don’t take the time to moisturize your feet every day, you may see calluses, calluses and even cracks on your heels. After the bath and exfoliation, we move on to the moisturizer. If your feet are very dry and your heels cracked, choose a lipid-replenishing and repairing cream. Some are enriched with urea for increased efficiency. With their concentrated nourishing formulas, these creams work in depth and remove the horn installed under the heels. Their texture requires a circular massage on the entire foot to penetrate well and the ritual is all the more pleasant.
Unstress, relax, regain a light gait
At the end of the day, it happens that the legs are tired and the feet heavy. Bath salts with relaxing properties will relieve you. Dilute them in fresh water and accompany this moment of relaxation with a massage of your legs. To make it more effective, you have the choice between a milk or a relaxing oil to stimulate blood circulation or a spray inside the knees and in the hollow of the ankles. It will be even more divine if you have thought about putting your care in the refrigerator.
Protect feet from friction and keep them dry
If you are a fan of long walks or sports, you know the importance of feet in good condition. Your heavily solicited feet require additional care to limit the risk of blisters and maintain optimal comfort. Three products are to be integrated into your preparation routine. The antiperspirant spray reduces humidity, which is ideal for heating and blisters. Foot powders have an anti-friction role and therefore a preventive action also on blisters. If you complete them with the application of an anti-friction moisturizing balm, you will no longer be stopped.
