A large climbing plant, the Hop (Humulus lupulus) or “Northern Vine” is a very common herbaceous plant in Europe and North America. A widely cultivated species, it grows spontaneously in hedges and woods. Cones are traditionally used in the production of beer to which they give its bitterness and flavour.

Advice for use

From 12 years old.

• Adult: Take 2 capsules in the evening at mealtime and 2 at bedtime with a large glass of water.
• Children over 12 years old: Take 1 capsule in the evening at mealtime and 1 at bedtime with a large glass of water.
