Description

Eroxon®

Eroxon® is a medical product for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men (aged 18 and over).
Erectile dysfunction is when a man cannot get an erection or keep his erection hard enough for satisfactory sexual activity. Eroxon® stimulates blood flow in the penis through a unique physical cooling and heating effect so that you can get and keep an erection hard enough for sexual intercourse. Eroxon® helps you to get an erection only when you are sexually aroused (stimulated).

Indication
Erectile dysfunction (impotence).

Directions
Massage the glans of your penis with the gel in 1 tube for about 15 seconds immediately before sexual intercourse.
– To open the tube: Twist the cap and pull it off. Pierce the sealed tube with the top of the plug. Press firmly on the tube to squeeze out all the contents, which is the correct dose (about a blob of gel).
– What amount to use : Apply the contents of one tube to the glans of your penis. If you are not circumcised, gently pull your foreskin back as far as possible before applying the gel.
You can apply the gel yourself or your partner can apply it as part of foreplay. Eroxon® will only help you get an erection when you are sexually stimulated. You and your partner must engage in foreplay as you would if you were not using erectile dysfunction treatment.

Ingredients
Water, ethanol (35%), propylene glycol, glycerine, carbomer, potassium hydroxide.

Side effects
Very rarely, the use of Eroxon® may cause skin irritation (burning, itching or pain). Stop using Eroxon® if you or your partner experience irritation. Contact your doctor or pharmacist if the irritation persists.

Warning

Eroxon® is not a contraceptive and does not contain any spermicidal ingredients. It does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
Eroxon® is only compatible with latex condoms.
Check the expiry date on the tube before use. The expiry date refers to the last day of the respective month.
If the tube is damaged, do not use it. Throw the tube away and use a new one.

Do not use Eroxon® if:

You are allergic to any of the ingredients.
The skin of your penis is red or painful, looks damaged or has lesions.
Your doctor has advised you to abstain from sexual activity.
You have a deformity of your penis.
Sexual activity can put extra pressure on your heart. If you have a heart problem or suspect you have a heart problem, you should talk to your doctor about it.

It is important that you have a health check with your doctor as soon as possible in the first six months of taking Eroxon® to make sure that your erection problems are not caused by another, more serious health problem.

Even if you feel fine, your erection problems may be related to other serious health problems. Erectile dysfunction can be an early sign of :

  • heart and blood vessel problems
  • Diabetes
  • low blood pressure
  • high cholesterol
  • liver disease or alcoholism
  • kidney disease
  • multiple sclerosis

If you have any of the above conditions, please consult your doctor before use.
To ensure that you are fit enough to have sexual intercourse, inform your doctor before using Eroxon® if you are :

Are very short of breath or experience chest pain after light or moderate activity (e.g. walking quickly for 20 minutes or climbing two flights of stairs). Your doctor may need to check whether your heart can cope with the extra effort during sexual intercourse.
You have ever had an erection that lasted longer than 4 hours, even without any physical or mental stimulation (a condition called priapism), or you have a disease that can cause priapism. Diseases that can cause priapism include sickle cell anaemia (an abnormality of the red blood cells), leukaemia (cancer of the blood cells) or multiple myeloma (cancer of the bone marrow).
