XL-S Medical Carb Blocker has been designed for people who gain weight because they eat large quantities of starchy foods such as bread, pasta and rice. XL-S Medical Carb Blocker reduces carbohydrate absorption and digestion, which can lead to weight loss.

• Take 2 tablets 3 times a day with water before each main meal.
• Do not exceed 6 tablets per day.
• You can continue to use XL-S Medical safely after you have reached your target weight, for example after a particularly high-calorie meal, to prevent further weight gain.

Precautions for use:

• Only recommended for adults over the age of 18. For adolescents aged 12 to 18, seek medical advice.
• This product is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, or for people with a BMI (Body Mass Index) of less than 18.5.

Consult your doctor before taking XL-S Medical Carb Blocker:

• if you have diabetes, as XL-S Medical Carb Blocker can lower blood glucose levels and thus reduce insulin production. Diabetics should therefore consider adjusting their treatment with their GP to avoid the risk of hypoglycaemia.
• if you are allergic to beans or bean products.
• in the case of known medical problems.

N.B.: PhaseLite™ reduces the absorption of carbohydrates from the diet, which may cause temporary flatulence (gas) in the first few days of taking it, in sensitive individuals. This effect is not a cause for concern and will dissipate as the body adapts to the increase in unabsorbed carbohydrates and eliminates them naturally.

Undesirable effects have been observed very rarely (= 0.01%). These very rare cases were hypersensitivity reactions typical of food allergies, such as skin rash, itching, slight swelling and slight intestinal disturbances. If these side effects occur, you should discontinue treatment.

PhaseLiteTM is a concentrated glycoprotein complex, derived from a non-GMO plant source, which reduces the absorption (decreases alpha-amylase activity) of almost two-thirds (2/3) of the carbohydrates contained in a normal 600-calorie meal.
