Lotion Eye Make-Up Remover is designed for water-soluble make-up. Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover - Non Oily is a two-phase product that removes waterproof and water-soluble make-up.

Soak a cotton pad and wipe gently over eyelids and lashes. Shake Non Oily Waterproof Eye Make-Up Remover well before applying.
