Adults and children > 12 years

• 1 to 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime.
• If necessary, an additional tablet earlier in the evening

• Swallow the tablets whole, with water or another liquid
• Do not chew the tablets

Valdispert Sleep is a herbal medicine (valerian and passiflora) that can help you improve the quality of your sleep.

Each tablet contains 125 mg dry extract of root(Valeriana officinalis L.) (3-6:1) solvent used for extraction: ethanol 70% and 250 mg dry extract of Passiflora incarnata L. (5-7:1) solvent used for extraction: ethanol 50%. Excipients: glucose and sucrose.

1 to 2 tablets half an hour before bedtime. If necessary, take an extra tablet earlier in the evening.
