Mild nervousness and sleep disorders.

Adults and children > 12 years

• Mild nervousness: 3 to 4 tablets in 1 dose, 1 to 3 times a day
• Sleep disorders: 3 to 4 tablets in 1 dose 1/2 to 1 hour before bedtime, if necessary with a further 3 to 4 tablets earlier in the evening
• Maximum daily dose: 16 tablets
• Efficacy develops gradually: take without interruption for 2 to 4 weeks to obtain maximum effect

Valdispert Relax is a herbal medicine (valerian), which can help to relieve nervousness

Each coated tablet contains 125 mg extract (as dry extract) of Valeriana officinalis. L s.l., radix (equivalent to 375 mg - 7500 mg valerian root). Solvent used for extraction: ethanol 70% Excipients: each coated tablet contains 22 mg lactose and 122 mg sucrose
