(TLC) is an innovation patented by Laboratoires URGO which combines hydrocolloid particles and petroleum jelly in a non-occlusive fine-mesh weave. This unique composition promotes healing in a moist environment and painless removal.

Do not use on deep 2nd degree burns, 3rd degree burns or burns on the face. In these cases, prior medical consultation is essential.

In the case of a superficial 2nd degree burn: hold the wound under cold water for 15 minutes to limit the spread of the burn.In all cases:
Clean the wound with an alcohol-free antiseptic.
Rinse with water or saline solution.
In the case of a burn, never use coloured antiseptics such as eosin.
Dry carefully with a sterile compress.
As far as possible, respect the blister, which is a bulwark against infection.
If it breaks, disinfect it.
There is no point in removing the dead skin if it does not go away on its own.
Remove the protective wings.
Apply to the area to be treated.
There is no need to use a cream beforehand.
The usual duration of treatment is 5 to 6 days, with the 1st dressing being renewed after 24 hours, then every 48 hours.
