Disorders of the respiratory tract

• acute bronchitis, tracheobronchitis, chronic bronchitis
• chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis (= permanent and irreversible increase in the calibre of the bronchi through destruction of its fibrocartilaginous framework)
• acute and chronic sinusitis

Dry keratoconjunctivitis

• Sjögren's syndrome

Adults and children > 15 years

• 3 times a day 15 ml after a meal
• Maximum dose per dose: 32 mg
• Maximum daily dose: 96 mg

Children

• 10 to 15 years: 3 times a day 10 ml after meals
• 5 to 10 years: 3 times a day 5 ml after meals
• 2 to 5 years: 2 to 3 times a day 2 - 5 ml after meals
