This medicine contains magnesium and saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast.

The combination of a number of the following symptoms may suggest magnesium deficiency:

  • nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, temporary tiredness, minor sleep disorders,
  • manifestations of anxiety such as digestive spasms or palpitations (healthy heart),
  • muscle cramps, tingling.

Magnesium can improve these symptoms.

If there is no improvement in these symptoms after one month of treatment, the treatment will be re-evaluated.
