Ginbrin is a broad-spectrum anti-emetic.
Ginger protects the stomach, aids digestion and reduces nausea and vomiting (linked to pregnancy). Gingerol and shoagol improve gastrointestinal transport and block the transmission of emetic signals (serotonin 5-HT-3 and NK1 receptors) as non-competitive antagonists.
Lemon balm has an anti-inflammatory and relaxing action, as well as antiemetic, digestive and carminative properties thanks to its phenolic acids and the flavonoids apigenin and luteolin. It is beneficial in cases of abdominal cramps, biliary colic, nausea, vomiting (during pregnancy) and irritable bowel syndrome.
Coriander is used to treat dyspepsia, vomiting, flatulence, diarrhoea and digestive discomfort. Coriander stimulates the production of pancreatic enzymes, bile acids and the stomach. Coriander is carminative and is recommended for travel sickness.
Pineapple's digestive properties lie in the virtues of bromelain. This proteolytic enzyme is active over a wide pH range (4.5-9.8) (Roxas 2008). Pineapple has an anti-inflammatory action by inhibiting Nf-kB expression, stimulates intestinal peristalsis and has an anti-diarrhoea action.
Ginbrin is an ideal synergy for dyspepsia, motion sickness and nausea. It can also relieve dysmenorrhoea and diarrhoea, thanks to the antispasmodic action of ginger, lemon balm and coriander.
Indications: motion sickness (road, sea, air), nausea (pregnancy, chemotherapy, post-operative), diarrhoea, intestinal and stomach cramps, intestinal pathogens, dysmenorrhoea

Adults: 1 to 3 x 15 ml (tablespoon) per day.
