Composition: microcrystalline cellulose, freeze-dried extract of Hamamelis virginiana 87 mg (4:1), Aesculus hippocastanum 75 mg (6:1), Ruscus aculaetus 75 mg (5:1), Cupresses sempervirens 63 mg (6:1), neutral anionic copolymer, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Standardisation per capsule:saponins 50 mg, tannins 15 mg

Ruscus aculeatus (Little Holly) contains saponic steroids: ruscogenin and neoruscogenin, which have anti-inflammatory properties. It also contains potassium salts, which have diuretic properties, and flavonoids with vasoprotective and vasoconstrictor properties, which improve venous return and stimulate lymphatic circulation.

The leaves of Aesculus hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) contain flavonoids (quercitin, proanthocyanins: leucocyanidin, leucodelphinidin and epicatechin), saponins (aescin) in the fruit, tannins in the bogue and coumarins (aesculin, fraxin, scopoletin) in the bark. These substances have anti-inflammatory and astringent properties, strengthening the vascular walls (activity of vitamin P) and thinning the blood.

Cypress cones contain polyphenols, an essential oil (1%) with pinene, sabinene, cymol, cedrol, carene and furfurol, which are of great interest in the treatment of vascular disorders such as haemorrhoids, varicose veins and cramps. Catecholin tannins have astringent and vasoconstrictor properties. Bioflavonoids strengthen and protect the vascular walls with an anti-inflammatory action during haemorrhoidal attacks. Catechol has a lenitive and analgesic effect, inhibiting the parasympathetic system and stimulating oestrogen activity. Tuxon has a strong coagulant effect.

Witch Hazel contains resins: hamamelin and hamamelidin, tannins (hamamelitanine), proanthocyanidins, organic acids (gallic acid, quinic acid, caffeic acid) and flavonoids: floroglucinol, myricetol, campherol, quercetol, which have astringent, protective, vasoconstrictive and haemostatic properties.
