SEDISTRESS SLEEP 500 MG 56 CPR

Herbal medicine used to relieve mild nervous tension and sleep disorders.

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over

• For the relief of mild nervous tension: 1 tablet, up to 3 times a day.
• For the relief of sleep disorders: 1 tablet, half an hour to an hour before bedtime, preceded if necessary by a tablet in the evening.
• Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets.

Method of administration

• The tablets should be swallowed with a little water, without chewing.

Composition

500 mg dry extract of VALERIAN (Valeriana officinalis L.) root, equivalent to 2 to 3 g of valerian.
