LIST OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS

• 350 mg dry extract of Valerian (1) Standardised to 0.8 % valerenic acid = 2.8 mg
• 100 mg dried extract of Eschscholzia (2) Standardised to 0.6 % alkaloids (eschscholzine, californidine)
• 0.295 mg melatonin

The quality and efficacy of valerian extract is measured by its valerenic acid content. The 0.8 % standardised extract, i.e. 2.8 mg per SEDIPLUS Sleep tablet, attests to the high quality of the extract used.

• Adults: 1 tablet a day, to be taken in the evening with a glass of water before going to bed.
• SEDIPLUS® Sleep FORTE should be taken in the evening before bedtime as Valerian extract contributes to good quality sleep and eschscholziac contributes to better sleep in the event of nocturnal agitation.
