Adults and children from 12 years old: 1 effervescent tablet per day.

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in a large glass of water (250ml) before or after the meal and preferably in the morning at breakfast. Drink immediately.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

An effervescent tablet does not contain soy, gluten or lactose. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
