• Treatment and prevention of pyridoxine deficiency due to increased or inadequate dietary requirements
• Treatment and prophylaxis of neuropathy caused by certain drugs such as isoniazid

Pyridoxine deficiency

• 5 to 25 mg daily for 3 weeks

Specific conditions

• In certain specific metabolic, haematological and neurological disorders and certain intoxications: 100 to 500 mg per day

Method of administration

• Alternate courses of treatment with free periods of the same duration
