Apply to the skin on the inside of the wrists, temples and neck, along the veins. Then rub your wrists together and breathe in deeply the aromas of the essential oils.
To be used: ½ hour, ¼ hour and just before taking your means of transport. Not recommended for children under the age of 3, or for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
