Protifar is a dietary food for special medical purposes to meet nutritional needs in cases of protein and energy undernutrition. Thanks to its neutral flavour, Protifar can be added to drinks and savoury or sweet preparations. Gluten-free.

Protifar is a protein powder suitable for patients whose protein requirements are not covered by a normal diet.

One level scoop contains 2.5 g of powder. Mix the required amount of Protifar with a sufficient quantity of cold liquid to obtain a smooth, homogenous preparation. Dilute in a drink or add to a preparation. Prepare one portion and consume within 2 hours of preparation. Once opened, use within 1 month.
