If you are also taking a treatment containing tetracycline (a type of antibiotic), be sure to take Promagnor® RELAXATION at least 2 hours before or after taking the tetracycline. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. One capsule a day, swallowed with a little water, is sufficient to meet your magnesium requirements.
Do not give to children under the age of 13.
