Magnesium plays a vital role in neuromuscular balance. It helps maintain good muscle and nerve function. If your diet is not sufficient to cover your magnesium requirements, it may be useful to take a nutritional supplement. Ask your doctor and/or pharmacist for advice.

Recommended daily dose (for adults and children aged 13 and over)1 effervescent tablet per day. This dose is sufficient even in the event of increased magnesium requirements.

Directions for use
Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 200ml of water. Drink immediately.
If you are taking a treatment containing tetracycline (a type of antibiotic) at the same time, be sure to take Promagnor® Energy at least 2 hours before or after taking the tetracycline.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
