Pour 3 to 5* drops of Essential Oil onto the tablet. Insert the insert into the Plug-in Diffuser. Plug the unit into an electrical socket. To ensure optimal use, it is advisable to replace the tablet after 1 month's use of the same tablet or each time the E.O. is changed.
