2 capsules a day, 1 morning and evening, to be taken with meals and a large glass of water. Use of the product for at least 4 weeks is recommended. Do not exceed 1mg/kg bodyweight/day of isoflavones in aglycone form.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
