2 capsules a day, 1 morning and evening, to be taken with meals and a large glass of water. Use of the product for at least 4 weeks is recommended. Do not exceed 1mg/kg bodyweight/day of isoflavones in aglycone form.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

PHYTO SOYA® is composed of a Soya extract providing isoflavones including Daïdzine. PHYTO SOYA® is made from a specific, controlled, high quality soy extract from conventional farming.
The Soya extract contained in PHYTO SOYA® has been clinically proven to be SAFE in relation to the breast and endometrium.

Clinical study carried out at a dose of 70 mg of isoflavones per day on 395 post-menopausal women monitored for 3 years, published in the scientific journal Climateric 2010.
