Hygiene and active prevention.

For adults and children from 2 weeks with no restrictions on use.

Recommended use:

• For hygiene and prevention, 1 to 2 times a day
• In case of congestion, 4 to 6 times/day

1. Remove the protective cap and apply 1 to 2 firm squeezes until the first spray is obtained.
2. Spray into each nostril, keeping your head upright. For infants, raise the child.
3. For adults and children, blow your nose. For babies and infants, wipe the nose or use the PHYSIOMER Baby Nose Spray.

Rinse the nozzle under warm water after each use and dry it thoroughly.

If nasal symptoms persist for more than 10 days, consult your doctor.

In the event of nasal irritation, temporary tingling may occur during use.

Do not use if the packaging is not in its original condition.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Use within 6 months of first use.

Do not use beyond the expiry date indicated on the pack.
