Preventive nasal hygiene : Spray into each nostril 1 to 2 times a day.

In the event of a cold: Spray into each nostril 4 to 6 times a day.

1. Tilt head to one side and spray into upper nostril.
2. Tilt your head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
3. Blow your nose.
4. Wash and dry the nozzle after each use.

If nasal symptoms persist for more than 10 days, consult your doctor.
