1. Tilt the head to one side and spray into the upper nostril.
2. Tilt your head to the other side and repeat the operation in the other nostril.
3. Blow your nose.
4. Wash and dry the nozzle after each use.

Precautions for use:

If nasal symptoms persist for more than 10 days, consult your doctor.

In the event of nasal irritation, temporary tingling may occur during use.
