Spray into each nostril, holding your head upright, no more than 6 times a day.

1. Shake the bottle before use.

2. Hold the bottle at an angle and press the spray head firmly down for at least one second, repeating until the first spray is given.

3. Hold the bottle with your head upright and spray into each nostril.

4. Blow your nose.

5. Rinse the sprayer with warm water and wipe dry after each use.

6. Use up to 6 times a day.
