To relieve nasal congestion: Spray for 1 second ONLY into each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day.

Before use, check that the spray is working properly.

1. Tilt the head to one side and place the spray tip in the upper nostril and apply firm pressure for ONLY 1 second. Leave the solution to work for a few seconds.

2. Tilt the head to the other side and repeat the operation in the other nostril.

3. Blow your nose.

Rinse the nozzle under warm water after each use and dry it thoroughly.

If nasal symptoms persist for more than 7 days for adults and children, then consult a healthcare professional.
