Adults and children > 12 years

  • 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours for as long as symptoms persist.
  • Maximum 3 tablets per day.

Dosage adjustment

  • Severe renal impairment: it may be necessary to reduce the dose or discontinue treatment.

Method of administration

  • Take with a little water, or with meals if stomach upset occurs.
