• Agave syrup is a plant-based sugar extracted from the sap of the agave cactus, which grows in the volcanic soil of Mexico. It is sweeter and thinner than honey. It is made from natural, unrefined sugars, which gives it specific nutritional qualities: its glycaemic index is lower than that of other refined sugars, and it is also less cariogenic.
• Acacia fibres reinforce the benefits of Agave nectar: very well tolerated by children, they encourage the growth of good bacteria in the intestine.
