Osteoplus 'advantage cure' DUO is a 3-month cure and contains glucosamine, chonroitin and 80 mg of Vitamin C (100% of the RDI). The dose of 2 tablets a day ensures healthy cartilage is maintained. The tablets are easy to take.

*Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation to ensure normal cartilage function.

1990 mg glucosamine 2KCL sulphate 48% (Crustaceans), 1200 mg chondroitin sulphate 29%, bulking agent (cellulose), firming agent (polyvinylpyrrolidone), ascorbic acid,

anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, talc), coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), colour (titanium dioxide), humectant (polysorbate 80).

2 tablets a day to be taken with a glass of water (200ml) during or after a meal, or as advised. A course of Osteoplus Max can be repeated throughout the year.
