Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid and iron help combat temporary fatigue. Omnibionta®3 ALL DAY ENERGY also contains ginseng. What's more, thanks to sustained-release technology, certain vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and C are released into the body throughout the day.

1 tablet a day to be swallowed with a glass of water, in the morning or at midday with a meal.
