1. Wash your hands and make sure your utensils are clean.
2. Pour the required amount of water into the bottle. Preferably use bottled water with a low mineral content or previously boiled tap water. Heat the water to 37°C.
3. Use the can leveller to scrape off any excess powder.
4. Add the recommended number of scoops to the water. Close the bottle and shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
5. Check the temperature of the formula on the inside of your wrist. Always close the can tightly after use. Consume within one hour of preparation and discard any leftovers.
