Nutilis Clear is a xanthan gum-based thickener for clear drinks and liquids. A white, odourless and flavourless powder that thickens quickly. Designed to preserve the normal appearance of liquids. Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Nutilis Clear is a dietary food for special medical purposes to meet the nutritional needs of dysphagia sufferers.

One level scoop contains 4 g of powder. Pour the quantity of powder indicated into a glass or bowl. Gradually add the drink or liquid, stirring constantly. Stir until all the powder has dissolved. To thicken pureed foods, add Nutilis Clear until the desired consistency is reached. Prepare one portion and use within 2 hours of preparation. After opening, use within 2 months.
