Usage Instructions:

Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the recommended dose is for adolescents over 12 and adults: Initial dose 1 capsule (400 mg ibuprofen), then if necessary 1 capsule (400 mg) every 4 to 6 hours. Do not take more than 1 capsule (400 mg) per dose and 3 capsules (1200 mg) per 24 hours.
Swallow the capsule without chewing with sufficient water (e.g. half a glass of water).
In the event of severe pain, a maximum of 1 capsule (400 mg) per dose is recommended.
Nurofen is most effective when taken on an empty stomach or before meals.
