Adults

• 1 sachet, 2 to 3 times a day after meals

Children aged 6 to 12

• 1/2 sachet after meals

Method of administration

• Place the dry granules in the mouth and swallow with a large glass of water, fruit juice or other liquid.
• Children may mix the recommended dose with jam or allow the granules to swell in a little water or any other liquid
• After taking it, drink another large glass of water or other liquid

Constipation.
