Adults

• 1 to 2 teaspoons, 2 to 3 times a day after meals

Children aged 6 to 12

• ½ to 1 teaspoon after meals

Method of use

• Place the granules dry in the mouth and swallow with a large glass of water, fruit juice or any other liquid.
• Children may mix the dose with jam or allow the granules to swell in a little water or any other liquid
• After taking it, drink another large glass of water or other liquid
