Adults and children aged 12 and over:

• Administer 1 tube
• If necessary, a second tube may be administered the same day or the following day

Method of administration:

• Remove cap
• Push the tapered end all the way into the rectum and squeeze out all the contents of the tube
• Remove the tube while continuing to apply pressure
• Leave for 5 to 20 minutes
