• Treatment of constipation in adults and adolescents (aged 12 and over).
• Fecal impaction (persistent constipation with accumulation of faeces in the rectum and/or colon).

Adults, adolescents > 12 years and the elderly

• Chronic constipation
• • 1 to 3 sachets per day, in separate doses.
  • Prolonged use: 1 or 2 sachets per day.
• Faecal impaction
• • 8 sachets a day, to be taken over 6 hours.
  • Drink an extra 1 litre of liquid a day.
  • Duration of treatment: normally no more than 3 days.

  Adjustment of the dose is indicated in cases of cardiovascular insufficiency.

  Method of administration

  • Drink directly from the sachet.
  • Do not dilute in water.
