It is therefore advisable to adopt the basic rules for your comfort and health as of now:
Protect your bedrooms and beds with an insecticide-impregnated mosquito net.
Wear shoes when walking on grass.
Wear long, loose-fitting, light-coloured clothes without patterns.
Do not use perfume.
Use Moustimug DEET 9.5% or 30% or 50% (depending on age) as a preventive measure on all exposed parts of the body, making sure you reapply after swimming, showering or perspiring heavily.
