Micropore is a plaster made from a non-woven backing of rayon fibres and an adhesive layer of acrylate copolymers to prevent skin irritation. Micropore is hypoallergenic and therefore particularly suitable for paediatrics, geriatrics and dermatology. Micropore allows the skin to breathe naturally, preventing any bacterial proliferation. Its adhesion is excellent, even if the skin becomes damp. Removal is painless and non-hair-removing, leaving no traces or residue. Micropore is radiolucent and can be sterilised on a roll using ETO (Steri-Vac 55°C - ETO desorption: 24 hours). Shelf life: 5 years at room temperature.
