• Disorders of secretion during respiratory diseases with mucostasis (e.g. chronic bronchitis)
• Cystic fibrosis
• Suitable for patients with diabetes or on a low-sugar diet

Acute respiratory conditions

• Adults and children > 7 years: 600 mg per day in 1 or more doses
• Children aged 2 to 7: 400 mg per day in 2 or 3 doses

Chronic respiratory conditions

• Adults and children > 7 years: 400 mg per day in 1 or more doses
• Children aged 2 to 7: 400 mg a day in 2 or 3 doses

Cystic fibrosis

• Adults and children > 6 years: 600 mg per day divided into three doses
• Children aged 2 to 6: 300 mg a day divided into three doses

Method of administration

• The contents of the sachets should be diluted in half a glass of water and preferably taken with meals
