Iso-Betadine® contains povidone-iodine or PVP-I. It is also called a 'broad-spectrum antiseptic' because it kills all microbes (bacteria, fungi, viruses).

iso-Betadine® Germicide/Uniwash Soap: non-irritating 7.5% povidone-iodine antiseptic soap.

• Cleaning wounds in surgery and dermatology
• Vulvar and perineal cleansing for technical procedures
• Antiseptic hand washing
• Decontaminating shampoo

Cleaning soiled wounds

• Soaping

Vulvar or perineal cleansing

• 1 teaspoon per toilet, soaped with water

Antiseptic hand washing

• Squeeze 2-3 ml into dry hands
• Massage the liquid carefully over the entire surface of the palms and backs of the hands, including the interdigital spaces
• The colouring of the skin by the product allows you to check that it is correctly distributed
• Moisten lightly with tap water, and work the antiseptic into a lather by rubbing repeatedly with both hands, paying particular attention to the interdigital spaces
• Rinse thoroughly and dry
• Washing takes approximately one minute

Decontaminating shampoo

• Wash hair and scalp 2 times with 10-15 ml each time
• Rinse thoroughly
