Choose the right brush size. To know if the size is right, the brush should be easy to move, but still offer a certain amount of resistance when moving back and forth between your teethPass the brush back and forth between your teeth several times without turning. This will effectively remove plaque and bacteria
Rinse the brush with water after use and replace the protective cap on the brush head. Replace the brush when the metal wire is no longer straight or has lost its bristles
Tip: use a small amount of Interprox gel in combination with Interprox interdental brushes to clean the spaces between your teeth even better
Interdental brushes are more effective than dental floss, toothpicks or rubber brushes for the following tasks:
Removing plaque
Reducing bleeding during probing
Reducing pocket depth
Scientific studies have shown that interdental brushes offer the most effective results when it comes to interdental cleaning.
