The following indications apply insofar as your doctor has not prescribed H&S® sage leaves for you in any other way. Please follow the instructions for use, otherwise H&S® sage leaves will not work properly

How much and how often should you take H&S® Sage leaves?
In the event of gastrointestinal problems, drink 1 glass/cup of tea 3-4 times a day. In the event of inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, use several times a day.

How and when should H&S® Sage Leaves be taken?

Pour boiling water over 1 filter-bag for 1 glass/cup and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Remove the filter bag and squeeze lightly. Drink the tea freshly

For use in the mouth and throat area
Pour boiling water over 2 filter bags for 1 glass/cup and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Remove the filter-bag and squeeze lightly. Rinse or gargle with the freshly prepared infusion.
